Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Sunday and public holidays, go out on the next working day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside that says what is inside — no brand name, no product description.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent, but the delivery charge applies again.
