Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide — choose it at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Always. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.

Your first size exchange is free. Message us with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange the swap.

Only if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags and hygiene seal. Please try items on over your own underwear. This is what lets us guarantee nothing you receive has been worn by anyone else.

7 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Bank transfers usually land 2–3 working days after that.
