Returns & Exchanges

The short version

Unworn items in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn innerwear cannot be returned.

Hygiene policy

Innerwear is a personal product. We can only accept a return or exchange if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags and hygiene seal intact. Please try items on over your own underwear.

This is not us being difficult — it is the same rule every reputable innerwear retailer follows, and it is what lets us guarantee that nothing you receive has been worn by anyone else.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Your first exchange is free. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange the swap.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us. Bank transfers usually land within 2–3 working days after that. Original delivery charges are refunded only when the item was faulty.

How to start a return

Email us or message our WhatsApp line with your order number and a short note about what is wrong. We will send you the return address and instructions.
